Fried plantain and chocolate bread sandwich

Wash your plantain and peel the back.
Then slice into your desire to fry. - 2
Transfer the slice in a bowl and apply sprinkle of salt.
By then you oil is on fire, ready to fry.
Then fry the slices for 3-5 mins and scoop out in a sieve to drain out excessive oil. - 3
Get your blender ready. Open and pour in your fried plantain, your cocoa powder, milk, sugar, salt, seasoning cube, chilli pepper and water. And blend to paste form. (NOTE:- DON'T OVER BLEND)

When been blended as prescribed, your transfer the blended mixture into a bowl.

Bring the slices of bread closer and pick them one after the other, applying the mixture on one surface of all the slices, using a spoon(just as you apply butter to your bread). Then close each other with the pasted surfaces and set aside.

On a medium heat, place a pan on fire and sprinkle few groundnut oil on the pan. (NOTE:- If you are a novice with pan works, it is advisable you work on or with "low heat". Secondly, the sprinkles shouldn't be excess. You are pan-heating and not frying).

When heated you place the merged bread in the pan and heat both side, using a cooking spoon to press the bread down to the pan to get a well heated surface and flat shaped outcome. (NOTE:- On a medium heat, heating both sides takes 15-30 secs each. But on a low heat, it takes 20-40 secs on both sides. Also pressing the bread down with a spoon gives it a significant shape)

When this is done, you can have your sandwich like that or with soft drinks or yoghurt.....Enjoy❤
