Steps

Wash lisoda and keep in 1 litre water for 2 days in sunlight,add salt and mutard crushed seeds in water

After 2 days wash again and pat dry on towel

Now heat oil in a pan add all seeds,lisoda and powder spices

Mix well and cook only for 2 minutes

OCol it and keep in jaar,eat with parata.
