First soak poha in a bowl

Now in a pan take oil on the flame,put mustard seed cumin,curry leaves, peanut's.

Now put onion and green chilli to fry in 2 minutes.

Put the salt,red chilli powder and turmeric powder.

Now add poha with lemon juice and put the sugar.

Stir very slightly and add coriander leaves.

Garnish with sev and serve it.
