Ingredients

  • 4 cupshoney brown beans
  • 4tomatoes
  • 6tatashe
  • 1big onion
  • 3carrots
  • Goat Meat
  • Salt
  • Maggi
  • Groundnut oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Pick beans, wash well. Set aside. I used pressure pot to reduce cooking time. Pour water and beans in pot. Allow to cook well.

  2. 2

    Finally, add carrots and seasoning. Allow to simmer

  3. 3

    Wash all the veggies. Dice onions and carrot. Blend roughly the tatashe and tomatoes.

  4. 4

    Pour oil in pan and add onions,salt and maggi. After 1 minute, add the blended veggies. Allow to fry. Then add the meat of your choice.

  5. 5

    Can serve this meal alone or with rice, bread, pap.
