Ingredients

  1. 4 slicesbread
  2. 100 gghee for frying breads
  3. 100 gkhowa
  4. 2 cupsmilk
  5. 1 pinchcardemom powder
  6. 1 pinchsaffron
  7. 8-10almonds badam
  8. 8-10ceshews kaju
  9. 10pistachios pista
  10. 200 gsugar

    Double ka mitha is ready to serve u can serve it warm or chill as per your taste.

    Take 4 slices of breads and cut squre pieces deep fry all pieces in normal temprature.

    Add 1cup water in 200grams sugar cook until thick sugar syrup like chashni.

    Put all the deep fried bread slices in sugar syrup and let it absorb.

    Now set these slices in one pan pour 2cups milk on that slices make sure all slices coverd with milk.

    Do use thick pan.put that pan on gas burner on low flame and add khowa and all dry fruits in that let it cook until the slices absorb all the milk and sugar and become soft for 5 to 10 min.
