Take a gram flour in a large bowl add salt and all masala and garlic paste

Now add water and mix it well and make a thick batter and keep the side

Take a bottle gourd and peel it and cut in slices

Like this.. Heat the oil in a kadhai drop the one by one slices in a batter

And drop the Pakoda batter in a medium hot oil fry the Pakoda til crisp and golden both sides

Drain and take out using perforated spoon and transfer to the plate

Now bottle gourd pakode is ready to serve with coriander chutney and tomato sauce
