In a mixing bowl add maida ghee and mix verywell untill it's crumble then make daugh with water and milk like paratha but not smooth make bal from daugh in equal portion make thick puri and frying in ghee on slow flame untill it's become like golden brown and crispy in anthor pan.

Now add sugar and wayer and make caremlize for 3 streng when puri becomes golden brown put in caremlize and deep for 2 mini umtill soak chasani and puri becomes cryspy and sugar cotted transfer to plate and garnish with dryfruuit and rose pattles
