Wash and dice liver into desires size, add a little water, seasonings and diced onions,peppers and cook for about 5 mins(till the water is almost absorbed)add in oil and diced pepper,garlic,curry powder,stir fry for about 5 mins.

Peel the irish potatoes and serve with the sauce
