Take nannari roots and bash them and remove the center part.

Grind it in a blender and soak in cold water overnight.

Drain the water and take it in a pot, add sugar and bring it to a boil.

Boil on medium flame for 20 minutes till syrupy.

Cool this and add the lemon juice, mix well and store it in a air tight bottle.

For making juice, take some syrup in a cup, add lemon juice, add cold water and ice cubes, garnish with lime slice and mint sprig and serve.

You can store the syrup in fridge for many months.
