On another kadai heat oil splutter with some mustard seeds, add green chilli, add onion ginger garlic paste and saute well.

Add tomato puree(optional) saute well. To bring this into exact kerala taste, can add small coconut pieces and curry leaves at this stage....

Add the coocked mushroom masala mix and gently mix all together... close and cook for 2 minutes. Switch off flame. Add 1/2 spoon of coconut oil on to it...

It's really really yummu.. garnish with some chopped tomatoes... serve hot with chapathi. Rice.......
