Paneer Bhurji (Scrambles cottage cheese)

1. Heat butter in kadai once it melts add cumin. Once it done add chopped onion. Saute until onion becomes light and thin.
2. Now add ginger garlic paste to this. Saute until raw smells goes off.

3. Now add chopped tomatoes and all the masala powders to this. Add salt
4. Cook until oil comes out from the edges.

5. Add grated paneer. Saute and mix nicelt to the tomato gravy.
6. Adjust salt and garnish with some fresh coriander leaves.
7. Goes very well with chapathi.
