Saok the sabudana,take flour and both carom seeds

Melted butter, mix and try to bind the flour and make a semi soft dough.

Cover the dough for 10 minutes till stuffing will be prepared,roast the ground nuts,remove the sabudana from water in plate

Take potato,green chilli, and make a ground nut powder,in a pan heat oil.

Crackle the cumin,mustard seeds,green chilli and then chopped potatoes, turmeric powder, salt,chat masala, then ground nut powder and keep stirring

Add sabudana and mint leaves.make a paste of all purpose flour for samosa sticking

Stuffing is ready transfer into a plate,clean the surface and tool over the dough using 1 tsp butter,make a long rol and cut in same size balls.

Flatten the balls thin,cut from the center.

Make a roll like this(samosa triangle)fill the stuffing tightly, do the rest balls samosa is ready to fry.

Take a thick kadhai and heat the oil,now put the flame low, slowly slowly fry the samosa

Serve the hot hot samosa triangles with tamarind chutney and tomato sauce
