Steps

1

I blended red pepper with onions stir fry them in g/nut oil then i added maggie and salt
2

Blend coconut and sieve out the milk in it add to the stirred fried red pepper and oinion add 2 cups of water then maggie and salt
3

When it boils add in rice and allow to cook
