Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1 cupfresh curd
  • 1 tbspgulkand
  • 3-4 tbsprose syrup
  • 3-4almonds (sliced)
  • as neededsugar if required

Steps

  1. 1

    First in a blender jar add curd, gulkand, rose syrup and sliced almonds.

    Blend well till smooth.

    Pour in serving glass, garnish with some sliced almonds, gulkand or with some rose petals as you like.
