Mix wholewheat and all purpose flour. Heat water with salt and 2 tbsp oil. Add water to flour mixture

Start mixing dough with spoon until combined

Pour in 1/4 cup vegetable oil, knead until soft. Let rest 20 minutes

Pinch round balls from dough. Roll out one ball into circle, spread oil on top

Start folding dough into pleats to form long log

Form log into round circle

Repeat for all the dough. Roll onto a circle and place chapati onto hot pan. Cook until golden brown

Cook all chapati serve with stew
