Egg Appam
Traditional Kerala Malabar breakfast commonly known as mutta pathiri.
Steps
- 1
This appam is traditionally cooked in a special clay pot. You can also cook this in dosa pan.. but I am not sure that we will get a perfect result..
- 2
Pour some batter into the clay pot. Wait for few minutes you can find small holes starts coming... yes that's perfect
- 3
The clay pot should be e heated so well otherwise we cannot get perfect appams.
- 4
The battery should be little more thinner than dosa batter.
- 5
This can be served with coconut milk and some sugar
