Ingredients

  • 2 cupscake flower
  • 1 cupfresh milk
  • 2medium eggs
  • 2 tspnbaking powder
  • 2 tbspnEllis brown powder
  • 1/4 cupolive oil
  • 3 tbspnCustard powder (vanilla flavour)
  • 3 tbspnbrown sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all dry ingredients (cake flour, baking powder, Ellis brown powder, custard powder, brown sugar) together and set aside. Mix all liquid ingredients (milk, eggs, olive oil) and add to dry ingredients, whisk well and make there are no lumps.. bake at 180
