Ingredients

  1. 500 gmtimatar
  2. 1 tbsplal mirch
  3. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  4. 3large onions
  5. 2eggs
  6. 2green chillies
  7. 1/4 cupketchup
  8. 1cooking spoon oil

Cooking Instructions

    Boil tomatoes, peri it and blend it.

    Heat oil. Fry onions till golden brown

  3. 3

    Add ginger garlic paste,lal mirch and tomato paste. Fry well.

  4. 4

    Now add ketchup mix it and add eggs stir a little put green chillies and cover. Let it cook for 10 mints on lo flame.

    Ready to serve.

    U can garnish coriander leaves but my family don't like it so I omit.
