Ingredients

15 Minutes
1 serving
  1. 1/4 cupQuinoa
  2. 1/4 cupcoconut milk
  3. 4blackberries [ or berries of your choice]
  4. 4blueberries
  5. 1 tablespoonchopped walnuts
  6. 1 tablespoonhoney or maple syrup
  7. 3/4 cupwater

Steps

15 Minutes
  1. 1

    Cook 1/4 cup quinoa with 3/4 cups of water.

  2. 2

    Add the berries in to it just before the water is completely absorbed.

  3. 3

    Turn of the stove

  4. 4

    Take the cooked quinoa in a bowl pour in the coconut milk and honey or maple syrup and mix well.

  5. 5

    Keep it closed for 5 minutes.

  6. 6

    Top it with chopped walnuts and serve.
