  • Milk -3 litars
  • 1/2 tspLemon juice
  • Sugar -450g
  • 80 gGhee
  • Almond - to decorate

Steps

  1. 1

    First Boiling the milk continuosly until it reduces to half, after which an acid is added to form grains, and reduced further with sugar till it forms a dough like consistency.

  2. 2

    Later transferred into insulated Box, or plet or try and garnish almond and rest 4 hours for room temperature..
