  • 2tspn white vinegar
  • 1 pinchif salt

    Dice the onions.

    Soak in water for 3 minutes.

    Chop the onions make sure you use the outer layer only.

    Chop them in small stripes.

    Then take the drained onions and add vinegar and give it a good mix.

    Add the tomatoes.

    Mix then add the Avocado

    Add salt and mix very well.

    Until everything is incorporated very well.
