Firstly soak rice in water for 1 hours. Other side boil milk and. Drain rice and add in boiled milk.

After 25 to 30 mint add sugar and stir. After 15 to 20 mint off the flame.Let it cool in fridge for 2 to 3 hours. Garnish with dry fruits. Thandi - Thandi phirni is ready to serve.
