Heat oil add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes then add finely chopped onion + green chili and cook sometimes. Add salt + black pepper powder + Garlic powder + soya sauce and mix well after that add shredded chicken and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes and remove from gas and keep it aside and let it completely cool.

Take samosa sheets and make samosas. Deep fry the samosa.

You can also freeze it in an airtight container for at least 1month.
