Ingredients

  • 1finely chopped kairi (raw mango)
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspmustard seeds
  • 1 pinchhing
  • as required powdered sugar
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add chopped Kari,powdered sugar,salt mix everything properly.

    Heat oil in tadka pan add mustard seeds as they crackle take the pan off the heat add hing and chilli powder pour this hot tadka over the kairi mixture.

    Kairiche karmath is ready,serve along with bhakri or fodnicha bhaat(rice)
