Ingredients

  1. 1medium size coconut with shell
  2. 2 cupsndengu special boiled
  3. 1 tbspgaram masala
  4. 1 tsppaprika
  5. 1 tsptumeric
  6. 1/4 tspblack pepper
  7. 1green chilli chopped
  8. 1 handfulbunch coriader
  9. 1large onion
  10. 1large green bell pepper
  11. 2large tomatoes
  12. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  13. 3 tbspfinely grated coconut
  14. Coconut water n milk from grated coconut n squeezed
  15. Use a cheese cloth to squeeze out the milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute onions till pink,add ginger garlic paste.

    Add spices and cook for a a min

    Chop veggies and add inn reserve a bit of coriander leaves to garnish. Add tomato paste.

    Add grated coconut,coconut milk half n mix well. Then the rest of it and the water.bring to a light boil.

    Add boiled ndengu

    Cook in low medium heat for 10 mins then garnish with coriader. Enjoy with rice
