Ingredients

  1. 2 cupstamarind (tsamiya)
  2. 3 cupswater
  3. Cloves
  4. Sugar
  5. cubesIce

    Wash the tamarind

  2. 2

    Bring to boil with the cloves

  3. 3

    Sieve the tamarind and set aside

  4. 4

    Add the sugar and stir well, add ice cubes

  5. 5

    Serve chill.
