Steps

Keep a.cooker add oil and ghee add cashews bay leaf and star green chillies

Add onion and saute till it turns golden brown.add tomato and saute well

Add g and g paste and saute.add chilli powder and chicken pieces add salt as well

Mix well add thick curd and add c c c powder and keep mixing.add garam masal and.mint and coriander leaves

Now add water 3 and 3/4 cups of water (already water will be there since we have added curd tomato and chicken)

Now add rice and close the lid and DON'T place the whistle

NOTE:; keep the stove in very very low flame and switch it off exactly in 11 minutes. And leave it for half an hour.

Now open yummy chicken biriyani is ready..

I usually keep very very low flame by turning the switch to off position.in that position the flame.will be very very low
