First in a bowl mix rava and buttermilk whisk it completely so no lumps remain.

Then add all the veggies.. You can use veggies as per your choice.

Add all the masala and mix them properly.

Switch on gas flame and in each appam mold pour some oil and mustard seeds.

When mustard seeds start cracking put battar in each mold. Cook from both the sides. And it's ready.
