Peel the yam and cut it into your favourite shape.

Wash it and put it inside a clean pot,add water,salt and little amount of sugar to taste.Close the pot and put it on fire,allow it to cook till it become very soft.

Allow it cool,and put your frying-pan pour a maximum amonut of vegetable oil and on your stove,cut some onions put it inside the oil and allow it to fry.

Cut your boiled yam into a fine shape,Bring your beaten egg add onion,seasoning,maggi,spices and curry.Take a slice of a boiled yam put it inside the mixture of egg for some second and take it to the hot oil.

Continue doing the process and let the yam become brownish or golden in colour.Serve with a sauce or pepper.
