Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupBlack Plum Pulp (jamun)
  • 1-1/2 cup Hung Curd
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Dry Fruits
  • 1 tspCardamom Powder
  • 1/2 cupRock Candy Powder (mishri)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a jar take hung curd, rock candy powder, and pulp. Blend it till it becomes smooth.

  2. 2

    Now add cardamom powder again blend it.

  3. 3

    Now add chopped dry fruits. Mix well.
    Our black plum or jamun shri khand is ready.
