1/2 cupBlack Plum Pulp (jamun)
1-1/2 cup Hung Curd
1/4 cup Chopped Dry Fruits
1 tspCardamom Powder
1/2 cupRock Candy Powder (mishri)

Steps

In a jar take hung curd, rock candy powder, and pulp. Blend it till it becomes smooth.

Now add cardamom powder again blend it.

Now add chopped dry fruits. Mix well.
Our black plum or jamun shri khand is ready.
