Knead the flour with salt and water into a smooth dough.Set aside.

Saute the minced chicken with half of ginger garlic pastr,coriander, parsely and onion leaves. Add a bit of salt sugar and chilli vinegar to the mix.Set aside.

Roll out the dough into flat small circles. Fill each circle with sauteed chicken mix and fold them in the shape of dumplings.

Deep fry the dumplings in hot oil.Set aside.

Add the remaining vegetable leaves,ginger garlic paste chilli vinegar sauces and salt and sugar in a little bit of frying oil and stir fry.Add a little watet from time to time till the gravy is fully cooked.

Spread the gravy on the fried dumplings and wait till they are fully soaked in the gravy

Serve thereafter.
