  1. Sea bream (guts removed or not, optional)
  2. Handfulsea salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Just before getting the barbecue ready, salt the sea Brean with a good handful of salt on both sides.

    Cook it over the coals for 8-10 minutes per side or until skin is crispy.

    Best served e with a boiled potatos with drizzled olive oil over the top or rice and a side salad.
