Dissolve yeast in half cup of warm water with sugar for 10 min

AddKnead the dough with salt, yeast water,oil and 1 cup milk.dough should not too hard nor too soft. Cover it and place it in warm place to rise for 2 to 3 hours

In pan melt butter add finely chopped onion and garlic and fry until translucent add maida mix well add boil chicken and milk

Add salt,pepper, white pepper,chicken cube chilli flakes. Cook on high flame add cheese and green onions and turn off the stove.mixture should be thick let it cool

Take out the dough znd knead again.make a rectangle thick roti apply chilli garlic sauce.place chicken mixture and make braid

For buns make round roti apply chilli garlic sauce. Put some chicken mixture and make ball.slightly flatten it.

Apply egg wash with egg yolk and bake it in pre heated oven for 25 to 30 mins or until slightly golden in color enjoy
