1medium sliced tomato
Salt (1/2 tsp)
Crushed red chilli flakes (1/2 tsp)
Sesame seeds (1/2 tsp)
Oregano powder (1/2 tsp)
Vinegar (1 tsp)
Red chilli sauce (1 tsp)
Nando's peri peri medium sauce (2 tbsp)
Oil (3 tbsp)
Green onion for garnish

In a small pot add oil, tomatoes, seeds, spices and sauce and mix well. Now cook on low flame until tomatoes are mashed and curry is of a thick texture. When done garnish with green onion and pour some on peri peri fried chicken or on the side.
