Mix besan,1 tbs cornflour, salt,soda and ajwain and make batter.

Fry badas on medium flame and dip them in room temperature water for 15 minutes

Cook milk,sugar and cornflour for 2 to 3 min until slightly thickened and let it cool. Whisk in yogurt and keep it in fridge

Slightly press the badas and assemble in dish.pour yogurt mixture and sprinkle chaat masala.
