Here is the ingredients. I forgot to snap with oil

Remove the dark ends of the sliced bread.

Flatten the bread

Arrange the filling

You should get a neat bread roll. Also there should not be any exposed meal filling as when frying they ll leak out in the oil. (You can use either egg whites or flour glue)

Repeat process on the remaining slices of bread. Keep aside

Dip the rolled bread in a beaten egg.

Place the crushed cornflakes in a medium bowl and then put the dipped rolls in. Shake untill everything is covered with crumbs.

Heat oil for deep frying bread rolls in a pan. When the oil becomes meadium hot, then add the bread rolls. Do not over crowd the pan. Fry the bread rolls till they become crisp and light golden in colour.
