Ingredients

  • 1 cupmilk scald
  • 1 cupstale bread crumbs
  • 1 cupmild cheese cut in small pieces
  • 1 tablespoonbutter
  • 3egg yolks
  • 3egg whites
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix milk bread crumbs cheese butter and salt together add well beaten egg yolks

  2. 2

    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites pour in buttered baking dish bake about 20 minutes in 350 oven

  3. 3

    Add paprika before serving
