Parboiled rice and green beans,rinse well and keep aside,get ur onions and bell pepper sliced,carrot finely diced !

In a pot add vegetable oil,add half of the sliced of onions,add ground pepper, cinnamon,cloves and ginger powder,stir fry onions,and add parboiled rice add the seasoning,stir well till rice is well mixed,then pour water and lower the heat,when it start to simmer,add in carrots,sliced green pepper and the remaining sliced onions!

The water will dries off and the rice will be soft and tender,serve and enjou
