Add Cooksnap

120 gunsalted butter (softened)
8 tbscaster sugar
1/3 cupbrown sugar
1/2 tspvanilla essence
1egg
Pinchsalt
1/2 tspbaking powder
1 cup+ 8 tbs maida (sifted)

Cooking Instructions

In a bowl, beat butter until fluffy.

Then add brown sugar and caster white sugar and beat well.

Then add vanilla essence and egg while beating.

Now stop beating. Add your maida, salt and baking powder and mix with spatula or wooden spoon until soft and sticky dough forms.

Make a ball shape and spread it in a greased cake pan.

Bake in preheated oven at 180°c for 25 minutes.
