Wash mutton and cut into small cubes.

Apply all ingridients and keep it in refrigerator over night.

Heat oil in a pan.

Now add mutton in to the pan,cover with lid and cook well until the mutton become tender.

Mixed thinly sliced onion into the vinegar and keep it aside.

Fry the parathas from both sides.

Now place cooked mutton and onion-vinegar mixture and chatni over each paratha and roll it.

Use tooth pick to fix the rolls.

Delicious mutton pratha rolls is ready now.

Serve it hot with ketchup,Tamarind paste, and green chatni.
