Steps

Take a bowl to mix mango puree and water. Heat ghee in a pan. Add semolina and saute till light brown.

Then add the mango puree and water mixture and keep stirring. Make sure no lumps are formed.

When the water absorbed add the milk and sugar. Mix well

Add the food colour mix well and cook well until it start leaving the base.

Add raisins, chopped almonds and cardamom powered. Mix well. Off the gas.

Now put the Halwa in greasy bowls and cover the bowl with service plate and transfer the Halwa into plate. You will get a bowl shape Halwa. Garnish with chopped almonds and serve hot.
