Ingredients

Pansi is mixer of green dry spinach,methi (green fenugreek leaves),bathua,and green chana
Dry in sunlight
2 tbspwheat flour
1 medium spoon mustard spoon
1 eachonion and tomato
as requiredSome pieces of green chilli and garlic
1/4 spoon eachcoriander powder,red chilli,turmeric
1 small spoon salt

Boil all green veg, then take mustard oil then mix on it chopped onion and tomato

Then mix all spices.after that take 2 spoon wheat atta then mix water on the atta..

Then mix batter of atta on it

Leave it for 5 min....your dish ready to eat with chapati and bajara roti
