Wash the bhindi and clean with clean cloth and cut into 2 parts not too small cut into big sizes

In mixer grinder add sauf,methi seeds,mustard seeds and make a fine powder of it

In pan take mustard oil add hig, bhindi and mix then add red chilli pow, coriander powder,salt, haldi grind masala,and kalonji mix it well and cook it nicely

Then add any pickle masala in it and cook it nicely and serve it chapati
