Steps

Take broken wheat and dry roast in kadai for few seconds and transfer to bowl.

Heat oil in kadai add mustard, urad da, cumin, curry leaves. Once mustard and cumin crackle add onion and saute until it change to brown colour.

Now add green chilli and ginger. Now add all the vegetables, turmeric and sprinkle some water so the mixture won't get dry.

Now add water and let it boil. Once water reached boiling consistency add broken wheat and mix it. Close with lid and cook until broken wheat done.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with coconut chutney or you can serve with sugar also.
