Take a bowl.pass the hung curd in bowl, add powdered sugar, cardamom, saffron, and mix well. Blend completely.

Keep refrigerate for sometime. Transfer it in serving bowl.
Garnish with saffron, sliced almonds and pistachios. Serve chilled and beat the heat.
