Ingredients

  1. Ponmo 6 average size
  2. Ripe habaneroPepper 7 medium size
  3. Scotch bonnet pepper 4 medium size
  4. Tomatoes 3 big size
  5. Onions 2 big size
  6. Seasoning
  7. Vegetable 1/2 tin milk cup
  8. Blended crayfish 2 full tbsp

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the ponmo very well, slice the onions, blend the tomatoes,pepper, half of the onions with little water and set aside

    Boil the ponmo with little seasoning and small onions. Wash the fish with little salt and warm water then debone it.

    Put the pot on the fire and pour the vegetable oil into the pot, add the remaining sliced onions and pour the blended ingredients into the hot oil and stir after like 5 mins add the fish

    Add the ponmo and discard the stock, add the blended crayfish followed by seasoning to taste cook for several minutes till the water dry and the oil float. Enjoy with rice, pasta or beans.
