This salad is very nutritious and healthy. It can be eaten as a meal or as a side dish.#kaduna.
Steps

Peel potatoes, cut into cubes and cook till done. Drain the water and keep aside.

Cut all pepper into desired shape and keep aside.

Separate egg yolk from egg white. Cut the egg whites into desired shape.
- 4
Get a bowl and add the potatoes, egg white, carrot, peas and all the pepper and onions.

For the salad dressing, mash the egg yolks and add to the mayonnaise, add black pepper, lemon juice and Maggi. Mix well.

Finally, add the salad dressing to the potatoes and mix.

Serve with rice or any food of choice.
