The legs can be bought when it's been cut and roasted already or before.So I used the already roasted legs and washed them.

Add 4liters of water to the orenge and let it boil for 6 hours To a certain level and the soup is thick enough.

Keep checking on how tender the legs are if they are not tender add water to and allow it to boil. If it's tender add the chopped spring onions,chilli and salt to the leg soup and mix.

Allow it to cook for 5 minutes and serve it with ugali.NOTE:1. please use a jiko while cooking this amazing delicacy.2. Don't use tomatoes. 3.Dont allow the soup to get finished as it's cooking.
