  • As per taste Salt
  • 1/2 tspAjwaiyen
  • 1 tspred chilli
  • 1/2 tsphaldi
  • 1/2 tspZeera
  • 1/3 tspsoda
  • Cooking oil for frying

  1. 1

    Thin Sliced the Potato and keep it in salted water for 10 min

  2. 2

    Add all baisan spices in a baisan and make a paste
